Open a new canvas 800X800 72 dpi white we can crop later paste the tube as a new layer and place in middle of canvas paste the puddle as a new layer place below the tube layer resize 80% move to the left a little duplicate image mirrror then click on your eraser tool settings as below
paste the clouds and rain as a new layer resize 50% and move to the left side and up making sure its on top of layers add the above drop shadow duplicate image mirror duplicate and place in the middle of the 2 other clouds and rain then merge down the duplicated duplicated layer to the duplicated layer then merge down to the original clouds and rain layer
paste the paper boat as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow place to the left side of the tube on the puddle image mirror and move down a little paste the cloud swirls as a new layer resize 50% place to the rigth side and up just below the clouds and rain add the above drop shadow then move below the tube layer but above the puddle layer image mirror paste the frog as a new layer resize 30% add the above drop shadow and place on the right side on one of the mushrooms move above all layers image mirror and move down in front of the small mushroom
paste the duckie as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow place above all layers andmove to the right side and to the top edge of the puddle duplicate image mirror paste the sun as a new layer resize 30% add the above drop shadow and move up to the right at the end of the cloud then move below the clouds layer use my tag for placement
layers new layer then click on your flood fill tool

make sure your on the duplicate mirrored layer move over to the left a little and erase the part of the puddle as shown below so that all that bit is erased
then click on the original layer and do the same again to the other side so you should have something like this
click on the duplicated mirrored layer then merge down to the original layer paste the mushroom as a new layer resize 50% place to left side of the tag where the puddle sticks out add a drop shadow
duplicate image mirror duplicate image mirror and move up above the left mushroom then move it below the first left mushroom duplicate image mirror duplicate image resize 50% and move above all layers and place in fron of the first right mushroom iumage duplicate use my tag for placement add the above drop shadow to the merged puddle layer
paste the clouds and rain as a new layer resize 50% and move to the left side and up making sure its on top of layers add the above drop shadow duplicate image mirror duplicate and place in the middle of the 2 other clouds and rain then merge down the duplicated duplicated layer to the duplicated layer then merge down to the original clouds and rain layer
paste the paper boat as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow place to the left side of the tube on the puddle image mirror and move down a little paste the cloud swirls as a new layer resize 50% place to the rigth side and up just below the clouds and rain add the above drop shadow then move below the tube layer but above the puddle layer image mirror paste the frog as a new layer resize 30% add the above drop shadow and place on the right side on one of the mushrooms move above all layers image mirror and move down in front of the small mushroom
paste the duckie as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow place above all layers andmove to the right side and to the top edge of the puddle duplicate image mirror paste the sun as a new layer resize 30% add the above drop shadow and move up to the right at the end of the cloud then move below the clouds layer use my tag for placement
layers new layer then click on your flood fill tool
then change the background fill to #809dc3 or a color of your choice
then fill the new layer with your color then move below all layers but above the white background load mask from disk
merge group the mask layer image resize 70% then move it up and to left side of the tag so none of the mask is showing at the bottom of puddle duplicate image mirror merge down the duplicated layer to the original layer duplicate then merge down the duplicate layer paste the lollipop as a new layer use the selection tool and make a selection on the lollipop stick press delete select none so your only left with the rainbow then move down to the puddle layer then move below the puddle layer add the drop shadow above use my tag for placement
paste the flower 2 as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow duplicate 10 times so you have 11 of them and place them around the edge of the puddle making sure they are all below the tube layer paste the cupcake as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow and place to the right side of the tag infornt of the small mushroom diplicate image mirror paste the bird as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow and place to the top left of the tag on the cloud
paste the dragonfly as a new layer image mirror resize 20% add the above drop shadow and place to the top right of the on the cloud paste bow 2 as a newlayer resize 20% add drop shadow as above and place on one of the flowers duplicate image mirror use my tag for placement paste butterfly 2 as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow and place on the left side at the top on the cloud paste butterfly 1 as a new layer resize 20% add the above drop shadow image mirror and place to the top right on the cloud
crop your tag add your name i used mtf 100 size 72 color of choice and add the drop shadow above add your ©info any scrapmakers info delete the white background and save as png.
