SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

MASKS USED MASK 431 BY VIX
FONT USED NUEVA STD COND
Open
a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste
frame as new a layer resize if you like and move to the middle of the
canvas paste a paper of choice and place below the frame and add the
mask to it merge group the mask layer paste the rainbow as a new layer
place under the frame duplicate it so you can it a little better and
take the selection tool and erase any excess the that shows on the sides
of the frame
Paste
a tube of choice and place under the frame layer but above the rainbow
use the selection tool to erase any excess paste the horseshoes as a new
layer resize to your liking and place at the side of the tube paste
sparkles 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place on the tube
layer
Paste
another tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste
the clover scatter as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 2
times and place these around and behind the tube layer paste the pot of
gold as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the right of the
tube paste the globe as a new layer resize and place these to the right
of the tube also
Paste
the large clover as a new layer resize a little and place this to the
left of the tube paste the box and clover scatter as new layers resize
to your liking place where you like add any other elements to the tag
add your filters and shadows of choice crop and resize the tag add your
name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
