SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED ST PATTY BY MYSELF

MASK USED MASK 138 BY VIX

FONT USED NUEVA STD COND
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside part of the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame do the same for the remaining parts then merge all the tube layers together

Take the magic wand and click inside all of the frame this time modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below all layers paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers add the mask to it merge group the mask layer

Paste the ivy as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 2 times image rotate 2 of them 90 to the left or right and place these on the sides of the frame and the original on the top of the frame then move behind the frame paste the clover as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste clover 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking

Paste the balloons as a new layer resize and place where you like paste the coins as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste butterfly 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these above all layers paste sparkles 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place below all layers but above the mask layer add any other elements from the kit if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
