open the template in psp delete the © layer paste your tube asa new layer and place below the text layers then duplicate the tube and move above the text layers then take the eraser tool and erase a few parts away off the tube then click on the top text layer select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer

Click
on layer 5 select all defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area
invert and hit delete select none do this for the remaining layers
adding papers of choice once done paste the glitter as a new layer
resize if you like duplicate and arrange these at the top of the tag
behind all layers paste ribbon 4 and the string as a new layers resize
these to your liking and place to your liking
Paste
the beads as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the left of
the tube paste button 2 as a new layer resize and place to the left of
the tube paste a bow of choice resize and place on top of the button
paste bow 6 as a new layer resize and place this to the right of the
tube paste the beads 3 as a new layer resize and place behind the tube
layer
Paste
the shield as a new layer resize and place to the left of the tube
paste harp 2 as a new layer resize and place to the right of the tube
paste ribbon 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place
tehse behind the tube layer paste the flower as a new layer resize
duplicate and place on the ribbons
add
any other elements to the tag if you like add your shadows and any
filters you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info
your credit if happy save as png
