Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new
Layer resize if you like image rotate 90 to the left or right and place in the middle if the
Canvas take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 5 and paste
A paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below
The frame layer paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place where you like
Paste the wire as a new layer and place below all layers paste netting and netting 2 as new
Layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these below all layers and move to the corners
Of the frame paste beads 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the
corners of the frame paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and place on top of the
Beads
Paste the heart as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place under the bows paste the pearl swirl
As a new layer resize to your liking and place inside the frame paste the ticket stub and stars 2 as new
Layers resize to your liking and place to your liking paste the star as a new layer resize to your liking
Duplicate and place where you like paste the skate board as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate
15 to the left or right and place where you like
Paste the can as a new layer resize duplicate and place these where you like paste the chain as a new
Layer and place on the frame paste a tube of choice duplicate place these inside the frame use the selection
Tool erase the excess and drop the opacity to around 50 paste the lips as a new layer resize to your liking
Duplicate as many as you like and place these around the tag add any other elements if you like
Add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy
Save as png
