SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED ANGELIC WHISPER BY VICKI
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED LIBERTY BT
Open
a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later paste ele
39 as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like
then paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place under the frame
move into place then duplicate the tube and move above ele 39 then take
the eraser and on the duplicated tube layer erase parts of the tube so
it looks like she is half in and half out once done paste a paper of
choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add a mask of your
choice to it merge group the mask layer
then
paste ele 20 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place
these on ele 39 where you like then paste ele 22 as a new layer resize
duplicate and place these at the sides of ele 39 paste ele 19 as a new
layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange
these around the tube and ele 39
paste
ele 31 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you
like and arrange along the bottom of the tube and ele 39 paste ele 41 as
a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and arrange to your liking
paste ele 21 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these on ele 41
paste
ele 33 and 36 as new layers resize to your liking and place to your
liking paste ele 13 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these
along the bottom of the tube and ele 39 paste ele 10 and 46 as new
layers resize and place these to your liking add any other elements to
the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag
add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
